When your written Grant Request is mailed, in full compliance with the Charitable Grant Request Guidelines in the blue box, fill out the form below to let us know.


 

Charitable Grant Request Guidelines

All grants must be submitted in writing no later than April 15. The Grant Committee meets in May, and grants requests are reviewed by the Board of Trustees each June. Grants received after April 15 will not be considered until the following year.

Process:

  • Review ASE’s Mission Statement under the Tab labelled “About”. NOTE: Annual operating fund requests are discouraged.

  • After review, submit a written request on your organization’s letterhead with printed name of organization, address, phone number, email, and contact name.

  • With the written request, submit no more than a two page write-up on the reason for your request, amount requested, and the total amount of the project, purpose of the project, current funding status and other funding sources, outcome expected and how future funding will be accomplished.  Some organizations may be requested to submit additional information after review by the Grant Committee.

  • Organization’s mission statement and recent campaign/project efforts to include a measurement of success.

  • Include a list of the organization’s current board members.

  • Include a copy of the organization’s current 501(c)(3) IRS designation letter and statement confirming your organization’s status is current.
